Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: approx. 2 working days
The delivery costs are fixed and cost CHF 9.- per order regardless of the quantity. In line with our sustainable vision, this choice aims to encourage grouped orders to minimize packaging and energy-intensive transport.
EU countries:
Delivery rates and times for UPS vary by region in EU countries. Frauenmond Chocolate e-shop has registered for an IOSS number to simplify the process for EU buyers. With IOSS, buyers are only charged at the time of purchase, avoiding any unexpected fees during delivery.(https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/ioss_en)
Other Countries:
For deliveries to addresses outside of Switzerland, delivery rates and times are based on UPS distribution areas. Frauenmond chocolate online store does not cover any customs charges.
Delivery times are approx. from 2 working days to 5 working days.
Frauenmond chocolate online shop shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, e.g. force majeure, traffic congestion, severe weather conditions or the unusual, unexpected holding of the goods by customs authorities, and such events shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim compensation.
